Return & Refund Policy

At Distrimed USA, we are committed to providing high-quality medical-grade compression garments and post-operative recovery products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• The item must not show signs of wear, odor, stains, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

• Post-operative garments
• Compression garments
• Shapewear
• Undergarments
• Personal care items
• Opened gels, creams, foams, or skincare products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order products

Distrimed USA reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with these conditions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• a defective item
• a damaged product
• or the wrong item

you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Full name
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to approval and inventory availability.

We only accept exchanges for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items shipped
• Size exchanges (when the garment has not been used)

Conditions for exchange approval:

• Only one exchange per item/order is allowed.
• The item must remain unused and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must still be attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Distrimed USA.

If the requested replacement item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.

Distrimed USA does not guarantee availability of replacement inventory.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may take 7–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• the wrong item was shipped
• the item arrived damaged
• or the item contains a verified manufacturing defect

Distrimed USA is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUSED OR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Distrimed USA reserves the right to refuse:

• used merchandise
• incomplete returns
• unauthorized returns
• or items returned outside the allowed return window

If a return does not meet our policy requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
